Hridayam plot

Arun is a Keralan boy who has been in love with a girl from a Tamil Nadu College called Darshana in the year 2006. Later on they parted ways and fought each other for finding stronger partners. Finally, Arun’s life swirls towards alcoholism and violence until his father saves him from disaster. During this period, years later, Arun reconstructs his life and begins a flourishing wedding photography business. He comes across Nithya and reveals his sister-in-law’s two-timming fiancé. Darshana’s heart breaks in as Arun and Nithya get married. Arun finally comes face-to-face with Darshana as her wedding draws near. This gives him closure for starting a new life with Nithyaa and Selva.

This film introduces us to Arun Neelakantan – the ordinary teen engineering student in Chennai who is undergoing ragging and love on his own terms and at the same time.

Darshana Rajendran as unsurprisingly fantastic Arun’s College girlfriend with her unique accent. She is pivotal, the turning point of the initial story, and the source and generator of moments of conflicts that advance the narrative.
